Consent Policy

This page explains how request-access submissions are used for the Chains personal experimental free beta.

Who controls the data

The data controller for the request-access form is Andrey Kovlyagin as an individual maintainer of Chains.

For access, deletion, or other data questions, email privacy@chains.design .

What is collected

The request-access form collects your email address and, if you choose to write it, an optional short note about the workflow you want to organize.

How it is used

Your email and optional note are used only to review your request and send a Chains early-access invite.

They are not used for newsletters, marketing messages, advertising, analytics, tracking, profiling, or sale/sharing with third parties.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis for processing the request-access submission is your consent. You can withdraw that consent by asking for your request to be deleted.

Request-access submissions are retained for 6 months unless you ask for deletion earlier.

Processors

Processors may include Supabase and the hosting or email providers used to run the beta and send invites. Optional browser analytics is not enabled for this request-access flow.
